Tomamu Hokkaido Japan

Fantastic ski in-out all inclusive hotel! Nowhere in the world can compare to skiing in Japan, as many of skiers told me. We come back again third time, we also spent time here in summer last year.

There was great facilities, nice buffet restaurant, also had late breakfast and late lunch, mini club for kids that they can enjoy snow activities with friends, all programs and shows are amazing, no time to be bored! The ski area and slopes are amazing!

I am Thai and so proudly present the GO team from Thailand are doing great. Also others from Malaysia, Indonesia were so good to us. I would like to thank Mr. Vichy, Khun Jack, and everyone who organised our lovely moment for my husband’s birthday celebration! Thank you K.Mai for good taking care of my kid at mini club. Ken, P Aoi, P Yu, Amas, Jacky, Phoebe, Mikoto, Ferry, Dolphin, Matthew, Albert, Lin the instructor and some I don’t remember their names I apologise. They were making great memories at the Club Med Tomamu! Thanks for you all!

It was our first time at Club Med and everyone has made us feel welcome. Service and friendliness of all the staff has made us sad to leave. Thank you to everyone that has made our trip special. Special mention to Nando who made our anniversary dinner possible at Haku when I couldn’t get a booking. He made a touching gesture with his staff and made our anniversary memorable. Also, to the other staff members that have made us feel at home “Matthew”, “Jemmi”, “Jacky”, “Kana” and “Alex”. And all others as there is too many to name! We will be back soon!

Excellent Hotel and Ski experience in everyway. We have visited three times and have loved our time here. Big shout out to Patrick my Ski instructor, a very good teacher. Helped me to work on my technique and overcome my fear of steep terrain. Thank you 😊 🙏

Accommodation & Facilities
The rooms are modern, spacious, and well-maintained, offering stunning views of the snowy mountains. The resort itself is beautifully designed, with warm, and cozy atmosphere. There’s also an indoor heated pool and an amazing Japanese onsen (hot spring) to relax after a long day of skiing.

Aoy, Housekeeping manager and her Assistant, YuPa and her team are very kind. Our room was immaculate during the whole stay.

Food & Drinks
One of the highlights of Club Med Tomamu is the all-inclusive gourmet dining. The buffet offers a wide variety of international and Japanese cuisine, with fresh seafood, sushi, ramen, and even Hokkaido’s famous soft-serve ice cream, you name it. The open bar with unlimited drinks and cocktails is a great bonus! Don’t forget Jack who is an amazing GO (Gentle Organizer) at The Nest Bar. His hospitality is truly remarkable.

Entertainment & Activities
Club Med is known for its fun atmosphere, and Tomamu is no exception! The GO team is energetic and friendly, organizing daily entertainment like evening shows, games, and parties. For families, there are excellent kids’ programs and ski lessons with professional instructors.

Service & Hospitality
The staff at Club Med Tomamu went above and beyond especially Liz (Reception manager) and Ken at reception who make guests feel welcome. He is always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything and everything. The multilingual team makes communication easy for international travelers. Thanks To Pond (Finance GO), Mai ( Mini club Manger) Jacky, Amas, Wadee (Mini club GO) who never ran out of energy to look after the guests, both adults and kids.

The all-inclusive package makes it super convenient and hassle-free, so you can focus on enjoying your vacation.

The overall experience was amazing, especially the snowboarding, i was a bit nervous at first, but after a few lessons i got used to it. The food and drinks are also good since its included in the fee so you dont have to bring cash everywhere.Shoutout to Matthew, he was chill , he played pool with us, ate with us, danced, gave us a club med bracelet or smth, etc etc. And he deserves a raise so that he can get his girlfriend back
