Bintan Island Indonesia

I went to Bintan with my husband and daughters, ages 12 and 14.

The girls joined the teen club and had a really great time.
Me and my husbamd participated in lots of sports activities and it was all perfect
Food delicous and cocktails perfect!
It was our first time at a Club Med, and we absolutely fell in love with the place and the staff. We met some truly professional and helpful people, and we made some real friends.
The activities were perfect, and the evening entertainment was truly amazing.
We felt welcomed like family and left with a deep sadness, hoping to return to Benton again.
I highly recommend everyone to spend a wonderful vacation in this paradise, which will leave a lasting impression on everyone.

We recently stayed at Club Med Bintan as a family from Korea, and overall it was a truly memorable experience.

To be honest, the facilities felt a little outdated, which was slightly disappointing at first. However, apart from that one point, everything else was excellent. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and there were plenty of activities for both children and adults. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding — everything was delicious, but I have to give a special mention to the chef at the pasta station. The pasta was so good that I honestly thought the person making it deserves a raise! It was definitely the highlight of the dining experience.

One experience that really touched us was when our child suddenly developed hives late in the evening. We went to the medical centre around 9 PM, and despite the late hour, the doctor came immediately and took care of the situation. The professionalism and kindness shown in that moment left a deep impression on us, and we felt truly reassured as parents.

Overall, Club Med Bintan is a wonderful place for a family holiday. Aside from the slightly aged facilities, everything else was outstanding. We had such a positive experience that we would definitely love to return again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at Club Med Bintan, made truly special by the incredible staff. Iksan, Chairmine was warm and professional at front desk, Sentha went above and beyond, personally walking us to the sport center and helping with our daily activities. Her service was exceptional! A heartfelt thanks also to Winaya, our room attendant, who surprised us with a beautiful towel decoration in our room, It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay unforgettable. Additionally, they also have kids activities during our stay. Syasya and Yulia very cheerful and good entertaint the kids.
