이번 여행은 함께한 직원분들 덕분에 더욱 특별하고 즐거운 시간이 되었습니다.

체크인 때 만난 Mia는 여행 내내 프로그램 예약이나 궁금한 부분을 실시간으로 안내해주셔서 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 오타루 시내에 다녀올 때는 아이들이 걱정됐는데, 아이들이 잘 지내는 사진까지 챙겨주셔서 안심하고 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다.

저녁 공연에서 처음 만난 Andrew는 체조 선수로 착각할 만큼 멋진 무대를 보여주었고, 식사 시간에 나눈 대화도 즐거운 추억이 되었습니다. 아이들과 함께 ‘아이언맨 놀이’를 해주신 것도 정말 감사드립니다.

Stella와는 이런저런 대화를 나누며 즐거운 시간을 보냈고, 가족 생일 이벤트를 성공적으로 준비할 수 있었던 것도 큰 도움이 되었습니다.

체크인 날 반갑게 맞이해주신 Heejae, 여행 동안 편안하게 응대해주고 의무실에 갈 때 친절히 안내해주셔서 감사합니다.

아이들 이름을 기억해주고 마지막 날에는 편지까지 챙겨준 Minami, 어디서나 활기찬 모습으로 반겨주신 Merlin, 마주칠 때마다 따뜻하게 인사해주신 Yoni와 Min까지… 모든 분들 덕분에 가족 모두가 행복한 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다.

직원분들의 세심한 배려와 따뜻한 마음 덕분에 이번 여행은 오래도록 기억에 남을 것 같습니다.
앞으로도 좋은 추억을 만들러 다시 꼭 찾아가고 싶습니다. 감사합니다!

This trip became even more special and enjoyable thanks to the wonderful staff we met.

From the moment we checked in, Mia was so helpful. She assisted us with program reservations and answered all our questions in real time, which made everything so much easier. When we went out to Otaru city without the kids, she even sent us photos of them having fun, which allowed us to enjoy our time with peace of mind.

We first met Andrew during the evening show, and his performance was so impressive—it felt like watching a professional gymnast! Later, we had great conversations during dinner, which made the experience even more memorable. The kids also loved playing “Iron Man” with him—thank you so much!

I had wonderful conversations with Stella, and thanks to her, our family birthday celebration was such a success.

Heejae gave us a warm welcome at check-in and kindly guided us when we had to visit the medical office—thank you.

The kids adored Minami, who remembered their names and even prepared heartfelt letters for them on our last day. Merlin always seemed to be everywhere with endless energy, especially on stage during the evening shows. And a big thank you to Yoni and Min as well, who always greeted us so warmly whenever we met.

Because of all these thoughtful gestures, our family had an unforgettable holiday filled with joy.

We are so grateful for all the amazing G.Os, and we truly hope to come back again soon!

From August 13 to 16, 2025, I spent four unforgettable days at Club Med Kiroro Grand Park in Japan.
If I had to describe the experience in just one phrase, it would be: a warm and relaxing holiday.
It may sound unusual to call a summer vacation “warm,” but that’s exactly how it felt — comfortable, welcoming, and full of gentle energy.

So, who would truly enjoy this place?
Nature lovers, who want to breathe in fresh, pristine air and surround themselves with greenery.
Hot spring fans, who find joy in soaking away fatigue. (The onsen here was a wonderful cure for tiredness — truly refreshing.)
Open-minded travelers, who don’t mind letting go a little and joining the G.Os for fun and wholesome nighttime parties.
(After all, in our daily lives we’re usually calm and rational — but on holiday, it feels good to be different.)

To be honest, at first I hesitated. I was a little shy, even embarrassed — and let’s admit it, I’m no dancer.
But the G.Os have a special way of making you feel included, guiding you gently until you realize you’re part of the fun.
That’s when it hit me: maybe the G.Os are the true spirit of Club Med. They’re not just staff — they’re the heart that keeps the whole experience alive.
It wasn’t just a holiday; it was a reminder to relax, open up, and enjoy life in the moment.

  You guys made my vacation so special!

We stayed there for 3 whole days, and tried almost every type of class, including mountain bike, board, tennis and golf. The coaches were friendly and professional, which brought us so much fun. We had private class with Josh, and really improve a lot. Mia becomes our friend, we enjoy chatting and having meals with her.

This was my first visit to Club Med, and I was extremely satisfied with everything. The warm hospitality and attentiveness of the GOs made my vacation peaceful and enjoyable. I'd like to express my sincere gratitude to Mina, Minami, Yunhee, and Nico, and to all the staff who, although I don't remember their names, took such great care of our family.

5歳の娘と家族3人で初めてクラブメッドキロログランドへ3泊4日の滞在をしました。
この旅行で一番の思い出は、人との出会いでした！！

滞在中、娘は毎日GOのみなさんに温かく迎えられ、たくさんお話ししてもらい、夜は一緒にダンスをしてくれました。
名前まで覚えてくれて、すれ違う時ですら名前を呼んで、笑顔で手を振ってくれる姿に、娘はすっかりGOさんたちのトリコです☆そんな娘を見ているだけで、私たちも嬉しくなりました。
普段から慣れないと恥ずかしがりやの一面が多いですが、みなさんの優しさで救われました。

アクティビティも、食事も楽しみましたが、それ以上にGOのみなさんの温かさとホスピタリティの高さが、この旅行を最高の時間にしてくれました。

帰宅してからも娘が「またみんなに会いたい、北海道また行きたい！」と毎日仲良くして頂いたGOさんの名前を言っています。

はじめての北海道、はじめてのクラブメッド、最高の思い出となりました。
それも最高のGOさんたちのおかげです！
