The staff is amazing especially Vincent, Mouck and Helene. The ski is good, hot tub is good. Good pool facilities and sauna. Good restaurant. Beautiful views.
The teen club is very good. The shows and overall entertainment that is produced is very good. Evening shows are good.

Excellent Service
We had a great trip! First thing to note: This is not a mountain for beginners but they do have an excellent ski school. Meal times can be very busy and food was generally good. This is a true ski in and out, lockers are provided so you drop all equipment there at the end of the day. There are a lot of families so if you’re traveling with kids this is the perfect spot and the ski school staff is fantastic! There is laundry available but it can be hard to manage on such a large resort. We went the week before Christmas and it was packed. Be aware that the hallways can be loud at night BUT that may have been because we were on the third floor which is where the dining hall is. Overall, great trip. We were traveling with our kids who are 21, 19, 11, and 9.

Large modern hotel with great facilities and perfect location for skiing
We liked the fully inclusive price, particularly a week of group ESF lessons / guiding which caters for all different levels. My son and I had a week of off-piste initiation with a brilliant instructor in a mixed nationality group speaking a mix of French and English, and had a really great time. The location of the vast ski locker room right by the Tichot lift couldn't be better. The food options are excellent and plentiful, albeit a little chaotic in the main restaurant due to the sheer number of guests. The Gourmet lounge is much more chilled out and great for lunch. The gym, pool, sauna, steam room area is large and very good, though the outdoor hot tub wasn't hot enough in -12 degrees weather. The Spa looked good as well, though my 20 minute back massage was a complete waste of money. The staff are all very service oriented, friendly and enthuisatic. Overall, if you want a quiet relaxing place to chill out after skiing, this is not the right hotel for you - we had to retreat to our room for that. But if you want to ski, eat, drink, take in a bit of entertainment and don't mind big diverse crowds, then it is excellent!

We are regular guests of Club med Tignes Val Claret as it among the few village that promises good amount of snow in mid December. I want to send my special thanks to Ms Selen from the bar team.. she had an amazing performance and a well understanding on our requests.
