Les Arcs Panorama France

Another fabulous Club Med experience at Les Arcs Panorama. Miles and miles of cruisy blue slopes perfect for beginners and families. Adrian the House GO runs a tight ship. Ever present you can tell the whole team likes and respects him. Happy faces allround a very slick operation in all departments. The food here was excellent (much to our relief having had a couple of bad Club Med experiences in recent years). The chefs are proud of their work and this shows at every meal. Snacky, snacky, snack time every 2 hours and cocktails on tap made for a happy mum! The ESF team were once again fantastic with a special shout out to the legendary Bennett who gave myself and daughter the confidence to really enjoy the slopes and cover alot of mileage. For my youngest daughter she was encouraged to excel her skiing and came away with 3 stars! Some of my favourite moments were the Apres Ski! Raving with my daughter in the afternoon and at sunset courtesy of killer resident DJ Angel! Folis Douche brought their entire set up to the club on Thursday evening and what a treat that was showing the kids how raving was done in the 90s! Thank you once more, Club Med Panorama, for a wonderful holiday in the Belvedere Collection space. We returned for the 4th time in a row, and it was just like coming home! The suite always feels spacious and calming and the Executive lounge / terrace is probably our favourite place in the entire resort with its welcoming, intimate vibe and stunning floor to ceiling views over the whole valley.

We had a great time skiing. Apart from zooming around the Les Arcs villages at their different altitudes, we managed to exhaust ourselves by descending all the way to Villaroger to experience the new bubble lift one day, then on the next, reaching la Plagne via the Vanoise Express.

Back at Panorama, we loved the addition of la Folie Douce: DJ, singer, guitarist and dancers, to the entertainment rota. It was a fantastic set, bringing a a different kind of energy into the resort. More please!

Lastly, a special call out to the fantastic Belvedere team: Matheus, Christophe, Florent, Elisa, Maeli, Eloise and Marinne – apologies if we’ve spelt your name wrong or missed someone out. The whole team works so well to look after their guests and ensure that everyone has a special time. We enjoyed getting to know them all. A separate shout-out goes to the lovely Ackbar, who cleaned and tidied our suite each day masterfully, and enchanted us with towel art.

This hotel is a really well oiled machine. All the staff are incredibly hard working and every one of them we encountered were so nice. The main lounge area, although a massive space, it always felt cozy, relaxed and never too loud. All the communal areas are kept spotlessly clean, as was our room. (Someone mentioned hoover in previous review being used in afternoon during live music, but honestly it was so quiet we hardly noticed it) The ClubMed app was really useful and a very easy way to request extra items if required for your room.

We enjoyed the shows in the evenings, unfortunately we missed some, as we were just too tired from skiing all day. Our family bedroom for 3, was really comfortable and had lots of storage. Our son, at his own choice, didn’t wish to join in with the teen club, but the team still always made sure to say hi and we even had a note left to the room to remind our son that if he wanted to join in activities he could at any time. We thought this was a nice touch.

ESF lessons were well organised. Boot room had plenty of room and takes you straight out onto to slopes.

Les Arcs as a ski area is wonderful and varied, as a family we would rate it as our favourite area to go.
