Our tribe (children and grandchildren) numbered 17. Best ever stay at the Riad. GOs and staff are exceptional.

Improvement on kids club would be great to accommodate English speaking children. And communication between staff could be better to allow the best guest experience. But overall, a lovely holiday.

We’ve truly enjoyed our stay at such a wonderful place! The food has been spectacular and the service outstanding! I would like to specially congratulate Ilias from reception for his amazing attitude, kind and patient service and for being so prompt and helpful. Additionally, Richard the Mexican Ceviche Chef is also absolutely talented, friendly and his ceviche is the best!

We spent a great week here! Just a couple of points which may help future visitors -Although all the activities were advertised beforehand we didn't quite pick up on the fact that they are predominantly sport based which might be a bit restrictive if all of your party aren't sporty! Also we had decided tochange our money there simply for ease and not having to look in town for a bureau de change. The opening hours were advertised as 8.30 am but you can't actually change any money until 9/9.30 when the banks open. So we had to look around town after all which was ok in the end but not what we expected to do. Otherwise a fabulous time was had by all - all the staff were very attentive & the choice and quality of food was exceptional!
