Les Boucaniers Martinique

First time at Club Med les Boucaniers and definitely not the last time! The resort is perfectly located, from sunrise to sunset, the activities and landscapes are breath-taking, such a warm welcome from all the GO, GE and fellow GM!

A beautiful locale, lovely white sand beach, great food, kind hearted staff and wonderful energetic GO's and friendly GM's.

We just spent a week at this resort with my wife and my two daughters. It was just incredible.
First the site is absolutely breathtaking. White sand, green water, perfect temperature ! The Club Med has been fully renovated so the facilities were of very high standards. Confortable beds, modern bathrooms and spacious rooms.

The village was run by in interim Chef de Village Valentin who was totally up to the job. Friendly, funny and efficient. He was helped by the greatest Chef des Sports I have met in my many years at Club Med. Tom, only 25, runs the sport team with great professionalism. He makes you feel like you are the only guest while managing his team carefully.

And what a team! I spent a great deal of time with the ski team headed by Remi. He brings excitement to the pontoon and always has something fun for the guest!. His team is equally fun. I enjoyed Antho, Charles, Enzo, David, Ianis and Lou. They were a blast to be with. They spent time with us outside of their regular ski day and made this stay very special.

I also spent many hours on the brand new padel courts with Julien and his daily tournament! This was fantastic to be able to play almost everyday. I love padel and I am very impressed by the investment made by Club Med around this activity.

Since I am one to try every sports, I also enjoyed windsurfing with Paul, snorkeling with Pierre and Arthur and beach volleyball with Jenn. You can never get bored!

At night we enjoyed various shows super entertaining. The new show Amara was very impressive with a great investment from the in house choreographer and the GO team. We also love the Decade show. We danced and sang all night. And the first night was special with a perfect karaoke ran by the MC Alex. A great occasion for my daughter Maya to show her singing talent. And for every member of the family to sing together.

Finally what made this trip truly fabulous was the meals!!! The food and drinks were amazing. My favorites were the Tuna carpaccio, the Ribeye steak and all the pastries. Best pastry team ever at Club Med. Congratulations to Ruddy and his team (with a special thanks to Jonathan and his fabulous meats). And congratulations to Sandra and the bar team, Guillaume and Marion at the specialty restaurant le Lo.

Thank you to all the other members of the team from the nice cleaning crew, the lady giving us fresh towels all day, the staff welcoming us and serving us at every meal with a smile and Denise the photographer with her great eye.

That's it!! Truly a week in paradise.
