Cancún Mexico

Amazing time, meeting great parents and teens were really great kids. Great teen programs and energy. Trip to Isla Mujeres was great. While some of the rooms could use a make over, hardly anytime is spent inside. I should mention I learned Pickleball and had a blast with family events and new groups we met. Very friendly, safe and lots to do for everyone. You wont regret bringing your family.

this is a great place for multi-generational families to gather. we had a 4, 6, 8 and 10 year old along and they and their parents and grandparents all loved it. so much to do.

Overall love this resort if traveling with two young kids (ours 4.5 and 22 months). The aguamarina rooms with the separate room and half bath for the kids can’t be beat.
Reasons we have gone twice and will likely go back:
-the rooms
-the location in Cancun hotel zone- amazing real estate
-the kids clubs and entire experience centered around families with young kids
-the European clientele and tri-lingual (English/spanish/french) staff
-the incredible service the staff provides, without expecting tips
-loved the kids clubs reno and adding baby club and the epic waterpark! Bummer y’all had to sacrifice the tennis courts but agree that these were a better use of that real estate. At least there is still pickle ball!
-also loved all the live music added to dinners and evenings!

Things I would love the resort to improve:
-the king mattresses in the aguamarina rooms are really packed down in an uncomfortable, old way, not comfortable firm mattress way. Please address!
-food offerings at aguamarina pool- please offer guac and chips, french fries, hummus and veggies here! The food offerings were not adequate
-vegetarian/vegan offerings better this year but still no hummus, lentils, nuts or other plant-based protein powerhouse options
-hacienda is just too chaotic and overstimulating. Any way to reduce the noise/chaos and make it a more calm, pleasant dining experience?
-loved taco arte dinner but could have more plant based/avocado toast/healthier breakfast options. A good overnight oats bar with nuts! Not enough almonds/cashews or other trail mix type toppings. Can you tell I’m a health nut‽ :)

My family and I had an amazing stay at Club Med Cancun! The resort offers the perfect blend of relaxation and fun, and every detail was thoughtfully managed by the dedicated staff. Special shout-outs go to the GOs, Jersey and Jack Power, who kept the energy high throughout our stay, and to the Teen Club Counselors, Sender and Fabiola, who made sure every moment was engaging for our daughter.

A heartfelt thank you to the General Staff: Sra. Maria at Taco Arte brightened our mornings with her friendly smile and positive attitude, and Kevin at Hacienda Restaurant was always attentive to our needs. We also appreciated the friendly faces at the Solunas Bar, Velas Bar, Front Desk, and Reception, who ensured everything ran smoothly. A big thank you to Eli for taking great care of our luggage, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. We can't wait to return—five stars all the way!

My wife and I loved the pickleball and played every day. Javier was amazing as an instructor. My 16 and 12 year old did the teen club. I have never seen them more happy or entertained. It was tough to get them even to eat meals with us. Believe me, I am not complaining. I cannot recommend it more highly.
