Cancún Mexico

We have been to Club Med Cancún before but this was by far our best visit. We stayed in Jade and had the most welcoming experience from the moment we arrived. Part of the highlight is no doubt the staff - Daniel, Jesus, Jaime, Marco, Ademir and so many more were fantastic and we felt very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very thoughtful.

Our surroundings, the entertainment and our ability to relax were all wonderful and we are already planning our next visit back to Jade. Thanks everyone for making it a vacation to remember.

Daniel is the Best steakhouse

Great service, thank you Miguel. The chef also came to discuss, great job Hugo. Nevertheless a good improvement would mentioning the spicy food on the menu so that unused customers such as us can make a wise choice. Thanks you the whole team.

We had a wonderful vacation at Jade in Club Med Cancun! Jade is a real little cocoon where we all felt very special thanks to Felipe who leads this space so well, Despina, Erik and Daniel at reception. The pool and bar are absolutely sublime. We loved the cocktail hours with champagne and live music at 7pm every day. Breakfast à la carte in the morning. Lovely lunches. Wonderful sea views and delicious Margaritas. Special mention to the bar team who were looking after us so well from morning to evening: Eliseo, Erasmo, Daniel, Jaime, Ademir and Jesus. Thank you for being so attentive and smiley!
Our two boys had a great time at the Club making so many friends and enjoying all the activities that the Club offers.
We also want to congratulate Theo (chef du village) for his acrobatics during the soirée blanche - very impressive! We loved his enthusiasm and passion for the Club Med.
It was our second time in Club Med Cancun but first time at Jade and it was definitely worth it - we will come back!
