Cancún Mexico

When you arrive at Club Med they welcome you "home". For anyone new to the Club Med life this may seem odd. But for those who have been to Club Med and love the experience it makes perfect sense. This was my first visit to Cancun, but I've taken more than 10 other Club Med vacations across the globe. The Cancun Village is equally unique as it is familiar. My room was comfortable. Food selection was diverse and delicious. Bar service was attentive. Activities were entertaining. All the things a guest hopes for. And then some. But the exceptional part to my week was the entire GO team that I had the privilege to engage with. Land Sports / Fitness kept me moving (so I could eat more). The Circus Team kept me safe, and encouraged me to try new things. And the GO team and Managers put on an INCREDIBLE show for the week. I loved every opportunity I had to share a meal with any member of the GO team! And left hoping I would get the opportunity to see these amazing people again in the future. *Club Med is a small world, and it's so fun when familial faces show up at other villages!
I can't speak highly enough of the Club Med experience and Cancun emulates ALL the reasons why I tell all my friends they need to go. Humanity and engagement are hard to find these days. But for a week at Club Med Cancun I was able to find it EVERYDAY!

Club Med Cancun is brilliant for all the reasons you expect CM to be good: amazing activities, good food, and active mini Club. I checked out yesterday afternoon a week stay and checked into an AI resort in Cancun. I sensed some tension in the Club Med staff, one bartender chewed me out because his colleague heard my request for a diet coke and gave me one because the first guy was busy. I told him I didn't say anything or order a second beverage. He was mistaken in his assumptions for being upset with me. Overall, the staff at CM Club Med seems unhappy. I suspect the biggest part of that is the refusal of certain CM guests who refuse to tip. It's a reality in Cancun that the best staff will work for venues that encourage tipping. Another issue is that the CDV is not present. I don't know where he was, but his absence is an issue.

Enjoyed our stay this time, however we were not lucky with the weather nor the seaweed/sargasum situation. :( Missed that lovely turquoise water!!!

Fantastic all inclusive experience for the whole family. This was our first Club Med holiday and it didn't disappoint. From food to facilities, activities and the kids club, this was one of the best holidays we had.

The circus was super fun - never thought I'd have a chance to try the trapeze. The team trained you on the moves, so even the novice like myself managed a flip. 😁

Lots of activities for children, from snorkeling to sailing, Kayaking, archery, just to name a few. And all are actually included, so nothing extra to pay. The staff are amazing - friendly and helpful.

Loved every minute of this. We will be back for sure!
