One of my best travelling experience at Club Med in Cancun! Remarkable customer service genuine care, attention to detail by Tailan with the turtles Jasmin from reception and chef Alejandro 😊

It was a great experience, the room didn’t just had a view of ocean, the ocean was right outside of the room with a balcony.

The employees were all friendly. There 3 restaurant that you could get food all days except one or two hours breaks between meals.

They had nice pickleball courts close to ocean and next to one of the restaurants then we could have breakfast before or after playing pickleball.

Both swim pool and beach at the resort were very nice, it was hard to decide which one to go.

The restrooms on the resort were always clean.

There were places to seat during day as individuals and mostly as group.

There were quiet a few water activities

All of the employees at club me treated us with kindness … especially Ismael … I would recommend and go back to club med Cancun!

Great atmosphere at the el taco place. Enrique and chef with staff Hector provide an amazing experience. Just book a day in advance and everything will be awesome.
